Before booking a cooking class or dinner with us, please read carefully and be sure that you fully understand the contents of Terms and Conditions as stated below. Receipt of your payment represents your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Chengdu cooking will be very happy to clarify any questions you may have.

Reservation - You can contact us by Email / Phone Call / Wechat to check the availability and also let us know your interests or requirements.

Payment Methods

Cancelation and Refunds - We would feel sorry if you decide to cancel your cooking class booking, however we understand it is compelled against your will.

If the client cancels the booking, the client must notify us by mail or via wechat. We will calculate your refund on the day when we receive the written cancelation by Beijing time. All refunds to the client will be processed within 20 days of receipt of your cancelation.

The refund is calculated as follows:

  • Up to 10 days before the cooking class -- Fully refund
  • 10-3 days before the cooking class -- 50% refund
  • 2 days or less, or no show -- No refund

If we have to cancel or postpone the cooking class due to the circumstances beyond our control, such as cutting off the supply of natural gas, water or electricity cut etc., we will endeavor to find an alternative way such as making pastry or change to another date or fully refund.
